Climbing mountains is style of very exciting and full of adventure outdoors sport. A group of persons may organize an outdoors trip. They will take bus to get to the destination with food and water, where there are hills, trees and spring.  They may watch the enviroment and plan how to climb as soon as they get to the place. They are clinbing and enjoying the scenery all the way.

Climbing mountains is not only a sport but also a journey. Before you have a decision,you should choose a fine day. Don't choose the bad day in the event of coming accross danger. Shoes should fit foot, convenient and light. Sneakers is the best choice. Not high heel shoes. Clothes should be at liberty and comfortable. The sportswear is the best choice. You should take along some water and drinks for fear that there is no water in the mountain. While you are going up the mountains, your body should keep forward tendency. But your backside and waist should keep straight. You can wear sun hat and rub some sun cream on your neck, arm and face.

It is a good chance to show your patience,insistence and physical strength though it is tired. You will have a good sight of many trees,flowers and rocks. The way going up may be narrow and uneven. So you must be careful and make effort to go up every step. When coming across the difficult, stronger should stretch out hands to help weakers. They may stop to have a rest for a moment, breathing deeply. You may not have to reach the top. The pace of your foot shuld be slow while you are going down the mountain.Especially the deep slopping mountain may cause you fall over.

Climbing is an out-door sport and there are many good sides.Climbing is an aerobic exercise,and it build up physical strengh. You can decide the amount of exercise and exercise intensity in line with your body quality. It can exercise the whole body but not dangerous. There are many good sides, it is good for muscle and bone. The one who often climbs exercise muscle and bone. Climbing has good effect on nervous system. People will find full of energy after climbing. It will improve work efficiency and reduce the fatigue of nervous system. They will show quick action.Climbing can ensure a good sleeping. Climbers can breath fresh air in the open air, many trees, spring,no pollution. It is good for respiratory system. people can improve body immunity, reduce the risk of suffering from chilly and illness. The one who often climbs consumes more energe and increase the need of various nutrition material. It will increase desire for food and eat more. They will improve the absorption function.

As the economy develops in the modern times, people are busy with work. People feel tired actualy. It is possible to have a trip. Your eyes can be relieved while you are on the top of the mountain. You can have a great sight on the top of hill. Your eyes muscle can be relaxed. You may choose a day to climb the mountain if youhave time.
